Warranty
What our warranty covers
We warrant our workmanship for two years after the walkthrough. If a door sags, a drywall seam cracks open or a joint we sealed leaks, we come back and fix it.
Flooring, fixtures, windows and appliances carry their makers' warranties, and we register what can be registered. Water that comes in through the foundation, a pipe we did not run or a drain we did not touch is not covered, and neither is damage from misuse or from normal wear.
Terms, limits and exclusions are in the written warranty you get with your quote.
